The White House Strikes Back after George H.W. Bush calls Trump a ‘blowhard’!

In recent time we are all witnesses of a lot of hate against President Donald Trump. Every day it gets worse and worse.

Lately there is another attack against him. But then again this time it comes from a former president, a Republican. Former President George W. Bush has come out with few questionable comments.

In a new book he said; “I’m worried that I will be the last Republican president.”

The book, “The Last Republicans” by Mark K. Updegrove, discovers the connection between the senior Bush and his son, former President George W. Bush.

“Wow, this guy doesn’t know what it means to be president,” W. Bush explained He also added that a president should not “exploit the anger, incite it” but that he should “come up with ideas to deal with it.”

“I don’t like him. I don’t know much about him, but I know he’s a blowhard. And I’m not too excited about him being a leader.”

This is some pretty strong language.

In the book, George H.W. Bush confirms that he voted for Hillary Clinton over President Trump, and according to The New York Times the younger Bush said he voted for “none of the above.” He did not vote for Hillary Clinton because she has a “bad judgement.”

Moreover, the senior Bush says in the book that Donald Trump is motivated by “a certain ego,” according to the Times.

The preview of the new book follows a speech by George W. Bush where he says “bigotry seems emboldened” in the US, and warned that Americans need to reject “white supremacy.”

The Bush family used to be so well respected all over the country. But now it looks like those times have changed.

In response to Bushes’ comments, a White House official told CNN “If one presidential candidate can disassemble a political party, it speaks volumes about how strong a legacy its past two presidents really had.”

The official continued; “And that begins with the Iraq war, one of the greatest foreign policy mistakes in American history.”

Trump constantly blasted the second Bush administration’s decision to invade Iraq thru the 2016 primaries. “I was totally against the Iraq war,” “You can look at Esquire magazine from ’04. You can look at before that.”

Furthermore, the White House official added that Donald Trump “remains focused on keeping his promises to the American people by bringing back jobs, promoting an ‘America First’ foreign policy and standing up for the forgotten men and women of our great country.”
